How do I teach Marzo what I care about?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Marzo AI learns your preferences through your everyday actions—so your updates, briefs, and notifications get more relevant every time you interact.

Ways to Guide and Personalize Marzo AI

  • Mark as Done:
When you complete a task or an update is no longer relevant, click “Done.” This signals to Marzo that you don’t need reminders or repeats about that item.

  • Follow:
Click “Follow” on a project, topic, or person to keep all related updates, risks, and decisions front and center in your Daily Briefs and alerts. This makes sure you never miss anything about what matters most.

  • Mute:
If something isn’t relevant or has become noise, use “Mute.” Marzo will deprioritize or hide similar updates in the future.

  • Not Relevant / Wrong:
If an item doesn’t belong or is incorrect, mark it as “Not Relevant” or “Wrong.” This quickly trains Marzo to filter out similar content.

  • Thumbs Up / Down:
Use thumbs up for items you find useful, or thumbs down for things you don’t want to see—Marzo learns from each signal.

  • Leave Feedback:
You can leave free-form feedback or comments on any item. If something’s missing, off, or confusing, your input helps Marzo improve and better fit your needs.
