How do I prioritize certain projects, people, or topics?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Marzo AI lets you easily teach the system what’s most important to you—so your Daily Briefs, alerts, and Assistant answers are always focused on what you care about most.

Ways to Prioritize What Matters to You

  • Follow a Project, Topic, or Person:
When you see an update, action item, or topic that’s relevant, simply click “Follow.” This tells Marzo AI to keep these items front and center in your briefs and alerts.

    • Example: Following the “Payments API” project ensures you get every update, risk, or decision about it—even if you miss a meeting.

  • Mute What’s Not Relevant:
If a project or topic is no longer important to you, click “Mute.” Marzo will deprioritize or hide future updates about it, so your briefs and notifications stay clean.

    • Example: Muting “Onboarding docs revamp” means you won’t get unnecessary reminders or alerts for that topic.

  • Provide Feedback on Briefs and Alerts:
Use thumbs up/down or mark something as “Not Relevant” or “Wrong.” This signals to Marzo to show more or less of those types of items in the future.

  • Personalize on the Fly:
You can always adjust your preferences as your focus shifts. The more you interact—following, muting, giving feedback—the smarter and more tailored your experience becomes.
