How does personalization work automatically?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Personalization in Marzo AI is fully automatic—powered by your role, your activity, your feedback, and your team’s real work. You don’t have to set up filters, rules, or preferences for it to adapt to you.

How Personalization Happens Behind the Scenes

  • Role and Organizational Context:
As soon as you join, Marzo AI knows your role (engineer, manager, PM, etc.), your team, your reporting line, and what projects you’re involved in. This lets it prioritize updates and context that actually matter to your job.

  • Your Real Activity:
Marzo continuously learns from where you’re active—like the channels, meetings, and tickets you participate in, follow, or mute. The system looks at what you’re working on, so you see more of what’s relevant, less of what’s not.

  • Feedback Signals:
Every time you interact with your Daily Brief, meeting recaps, or context items—by marking as Done, Following, Muting, giving a thumbs up/down, or flagging something as “not relevant”—Marzo AI gets smarter about what you care about.
Example: If you mute updates from a project, similar items are deprioritized for you in the future.

  • Continuous Learning:
As you and your team keep using Marzo, the system adapts in real-time. The more feedback and signals it receives, the more precise and personalized your experience becomes.

No Manual Configuration Needed:

There’s nothing for you to set up. Just work as you normally do, interact with context items as they appear, and Marzo will fine-tune your briefs, alerts, and answers for you.
