How to Add Followers (Before the Meeting)
While creating or editing a calendar event:
With the Marzo AI browser extension installed, you’ll see a “Followers” section under the meeting details.
Just enter the emails of the people you want to follow the meeting into the box labeled “Add people to follow (share insights, not invites).”
These people will not receive a calendar invite—but will automatically get a personalized recap or meeting summary from Marzo AI after the meeting.
How to Add Followers (After the Meeting Ends)
From the meeting detail page:
Open the meeting summary or details page in Marzo AI.
There, you can add new followers by entering their email.
They’ll instantly receive the meeting recap and can access all future updates or context from that meeting.
