How do I invite my team?

Inviting your team to Marzo AI is quick and flexible—whether you’re onboarding a few teammates or your whole org.


3 Easy Ways to Invite Your Team

1. Share a Join Link

  • Best for: Quick self-serve onboarding, sharing in Slack, or inviting multiple people at once.

  • How it works:

    • Copy your unique join link from the Marzo AI dashboard.

    • Share it with your teammates (via Slack, email, or any channel).

    • Anyone with your company email domain can join your workspace—no manual invites needed.

    • If someone already has a Marzo account, they’ll simply be added to your workspace.

2. Add by Email

  • Best for: Inviting a specific set of people directly.

  • How it works:

    • Enter one or more email addresses (separated by a semicolon ; or enter/return after each address) in the invite box.

    • Send the invites—your teammates will get an email with a link to join.

3. Upload a CSV

  • Best for: Bulk onboarding (dozens or hundreds at once), especially for larger teams.

  • How it works:

    • Prepare a CSV file with your teammates’ info—one row per person.

Format:

email,job_role,manager_email

  • (No header row needed.)

Example rows:

[email protected],Staff Product Manager,

  • Upload your CSV in the Marzo AI dashboard.

  • Roles and manager emails are optional, but including them improves context and personalization for your team.


What happens after inviting?

  • Teammates receive a join link via email (unless they join through your company link).

  • If a user already has a Marzo account with their email, they’re added to your workspace—no duplicate accounts.


Pro Tips

  • For big rollouts: Share the join link in your #engineering or #general Slack channel for maximum reach.

  • For org-wide pilots: Upload a CSV with job roles and managers to instantly map out reporting lines and improve Marzo’s context engine from Day 1.
