To connect Marzo AI to Slack, follow the guided setup in the app. It takes a few minutes and requires admin access to your Slack workspace.
Quick Overview
Start the Slack integration in the Marzo AI onboarding flow.
Create the Slack App using our provided manifest (just a click—no manual config).
Install the App to your Workspace. You’ll need to be a Slack admin or owner.
Copy credentials from Slack and paste them into Marzo AI.
Enable Event Subscriptions and verify the connection.
(Optional) Add an app icon for easy recognition in Slack.
Invite your team—you’re done!
You’ll see a “Connection Verified” message when it’s set up correctly.

If you see permission errors, check that you’re a Slack admin.
Follow the on-screen instructions for each step, or click “Go Back” if you need to repeat one.
