If you didn’t receive a Daily Brief from Marzo AI today, it’s usually because there was nothing urgent or relevant for you—so we skipped sending you unnecessary updates.
Common Reasons You Might Not Get a Brief
No new or urgent context:
If there are no new risks, deadlines, blockers, or important changes that affect you, Marzo AI won’t send a brief—avoiding spam and helping you stay focused. You’re on vacation or out of office:
If your calendar shows you’re away, or you’ve marked yourself as out of office, Marzo AI will pause your Daily Briefs until you’re back.Disconnected sources:
If there’s a temporary issue connecting to Slack, Google Calendar, or your other tools, briefs may be delayed or paused until the connection is restored.Notification preferences:
You (or your admin) might have changed your notification settings to receive briefs less often or only for certain types of updates.Account or workspace issues:
In rare cases, you may not receive a brief if your account was deactivated, your email changed, or you’re no longer part of the workspace.
