How do I see and use context in Marzo AI?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Marzo AI surfaces context right where you work, so you’re always up to speed—without searching or digging through tools. Here’s how you can see and use context across the platform:

Where You’ll See Context

  • Daily Briefs:
Every morning, you get a personalized Daily Brief in Slack (or by email) showing the decisions, blockers, commitments, and other context that matter most to you. Each item links to the original conversation, ticket, or meeting.

  • Pre-Meeting Intel:
Before important meetings, Marzo sends you a tailored briefing with all the context you need—recent changes, open risks, and what still needs attention—so you walk in fully prepared.

  • Follow updates:
After meetings you follow have ended, you might get a notification with key decisions, action items, and context. Everything is linked to the meeting detail page for deeper review.

  • Smart Alerts & Notifications:
If there are urgent risks, major changes, or escalations, Marzo proactively notifies you—so you never miss what’s critical.

  • Assistant Answers:
Whenever you ask a question in Slack or via the browser extension (e.g., “What’s blocking the release?”), the Assistant pulls context from all conversations, meetings, and tools, and always provides source links for verification.
