Marzo AI analyzes conversations, meetings, and project activity only to surface decisions, blockers, risks, and commitments that help teams move faster. It never tracks “time at keyboard,” “lines of code,” or other productivity surveillance metrics.
No Activity or Behavior Tracking:
Marzo does not measure screen time, keystrokes, attendance, or individual performance. There are no leaderboards or productivity scores.
No Private or Sensitive Data Access:
Marzo cannot read private Slack DMs or personal files. It only processes conversations and meetings that users already have access to—just like a team member would.
Permission Inheritance:
